                               RESOLUTION NO. 20836
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
                  A CONTRACT WITH HAMILTON COUNTY AND/OR
                  COMBUSTION ENGINEERING COMPANY FOR THE
                  PURCHASE OF COMBUSTION ENGINEERING COMPANY'S
                  ADMINISTRATION BUILDING.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Contract with Hamilton County and/or Combustion
       Engineering Company for the purchase of Combustion Engineering
       Company's Administration Building.
